At The Rise Up Culture Foundation, Inc., we believe every person was born to rise. To rise from pain into purpose, from bondage into freedom, from surviving to thriving. “Born to Rise” is more than a phrase; it is the heartbeat of our mission and the story we believe God is writing through every life.
Our Foundation exists to create pathways to healing, restoration, and empowerment through faith-based counseling, trauma recovery, leadership development, and community outreach. We believe that when people discover who they are in Christ, they begin to rise into the fullness of their God-given identity and calling.
A significant part of our mission is partnering with local churches. We come alongside pastors and ministry teams to train and equip Freedom Coaches who can walk with people through healing, discipleship, and spiritual breakthrough. By strengthening your leaders with Biblical, Spirit-led tools, your church becomes a place where freedom is cultivated, protected, and multiplied.
“Born to Rise” is not just a moment. It is a movement that begins in the heart of an individual and continues through families, churches, and entire communities. Everything we do, from counseling and EMDR to leadership training and Freedom Coaching, is rooted in this truth: you were created for more, and by God’s grace, you were born to rise.

We are passionate about partnering with churches to build a culture of freedom, healing, and activation. Drew has spent years developing and implementing Freedom Coaching and leadership training within the local church, equipping teams to confidently walk people through healing, breakthrough, and spiritual growth.
We have seen firsthand how this training strengthens pastors, empowers leaders, and transforms entire congregations.
Our desire is to come alongside your church and help you establish the same life-giving model, raising up Freedom Coaches who carry the heart of your house and the power of the Holy Spirit. Together, we can equip your people to rise, heal, and step boldly into their God-given calling.
Leadership Training
We believe every leader should have the opportunity to grow in their calling without financial barriers. Our Foundation provides scholarships for leadership courses that equip individuals to rise in character, confidence, and Kingdom impact. These scholarships open doors for future leaders to be trained, empowered, and sent out to make a difference in their communities.
Coaching
Everyone needs support in seasons of growth, healing, and transition. Through our coaching scholarships, we help individuals receive faith-based mentorship and freedom coaching to overcome personal challenges and discover their God-given potential. Our coaches are Spirit-led and committed to walking alongside each person on their journey of restoration and purpose.
Counseling
Emotional and spiritual healing is at the heart of our mission. Our counseling scholarships make professional, Christ-centered therapy accessible to those in need of hope and healing. We partner with licensed counselors and trusted professionals who integrate Biblical truth with compassionate care so individuals and families can rise from pain to wholeness.
