Purpose of Content

All content provided by The Rise Up Culture is for educational, informational, and faith-based purposes. Our mission is to support spiritual growth, leadership development, personal growth, and holistic health.

Payments and Services

Paid courses, coaching, and resources are provided through Rise Up Culture LLC. Donations are processed through Rise Up Culture Foundation, Inc. or Rise Up Culture Church. Church-related activities are provided through Rise Up Culture Church.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website, courses, or community at our discretion if these terms are violated.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

Events and Live Sessions

Missed live sessions, trainings, or events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

COACHING STATEMENT

Coaching Services

The Rise Up Culture provides coaching focused on spiritual growth, leadership development, and personal growth through a faith-based approach. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing mental health distress, crisis, or trauma, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

DONATION DISCLOSURE

Charitable Contributions

Donations made to Rise Up Culture Foundation, Inc. support scholarships, counseling access, leadership development, ministry initiatives, and operational needs.

Donations made to Rise Up Culture Church support ministry operations, gatherings, discipleship efforts, and the spiritual care of the community.

Tax Deductibility

Rise Up Culture Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Rise Up Culture Church operates as a religious organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Use of Funds

Donations are applied to the respective entity through which they are given and used to best fulfill its mission unless otherwise designated.

No Goods or Services Exchange

Donations are voluntary and are not made in exchange for goods or services unless explicitly stated.
