The Rise Up Culture offers faith-based coaching and leadership development through both our LLC and Foundation. Clinical counseling is contracted non-exclusively through The Rise Up Counseling PLLC. The Foundation provides coaching, leadership development scholarships, and counseling scholarships that may be used with our recommended network of licensed clinical counselors. Nothing on this website constitutes medical or mental health treatment.

REFUND POLICY
  • Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a refund is offered for a specific program, course, or event, it will be clearly outlined on the sales page.

  • Subscriptions and Memberships
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

  • Events and Live Sessions
Missed live sessions, trainings, or events are non refundable unless explicitly stated.

COACHING VS COUNSELING STATEMENT
  • Coaching Services
The Rise Up Culture provides coaching focused on spiritual growth, leadership development, personal growth, and faith based encouragement. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
  • Counseling Services
Licensed counseling services, if offered through a separate counseling entity, are provided by licensed professionals operating independently under applicable laws and ethical guidelines.
Coaching and counseling are separate services with different scopes, boundaries, and protections.
If you are experiencing mental health distress, crisis, or trauma, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

DONATION DISCLOSURE
  • Charitable Contributions
Donations made to The Rise Up Culture Foundation are used to support ministry initiatives, scholarships, leadership development, mental health resources, and operational costs.
  • Tax Deductibility
Tax deductibility of donations depends on the Foundation’s nonprofit status and applicable laws. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
  • Use of Funds
Donations are applied at the discretion of the Foundation to best fulfill its mission unless a specific campaign or designation is stated.
  • No Goods or Services Exchange
Donations are voluntary and not made in exchange for goods or services unless otherwise noted.
