Family discipleship is not simply something Drew and Melissa teach. It is the way they live. Around the dinner table, through homeschooling, during everyday conversations, and in the ordinary rhythms of family life, they desire to create a home where faith is personal, questions are welcomed, healing is pursued, and following Jesus is a shared adventure.
Together, Drew and Melissa serve as the Lead Pastors of Rise Up Culture Church and the founders of The Rise Up Culture. Their shared mission is to help people heal, rise, and live fully in their God-given calling.
For more than a decade, they have served the local church through pastoral care, worship, teaching, discipleship, freedom ministry, leadership development, communications, and ministry strategy. Their journey has given them a deep love for both the presence of God and the practical work of building healthy people, families, leaders, and churches.
Drew carries a passion for teaching God’s Word, helping people experience freedom in Christ, and activating leaders into their purpose. As an author, pastor, and developer of discipleship and freedom resources, he has dedicated his life to helping people understand their identity, grow in spiritual authority, and become the leaders God created them to be.
Melissa brings a unique blend of pastoral care, strategic leadership, communication, and organizational vision. With a heart for emotional and spiritual health, she is passionate about creating safe, Spirit-led environments where people can heal, grow, belong, and take courageous steps toward the life God has for them.
Together, Drew and Melissa believe the Church should be a place where people encounter Jesus, families grow stronger, wounds are healed, leaders are equipped, and every person is reminded that their life carries Kingdom purpose.
They lead with a simple conviction:

Their greatest desire is not simply to build a church gathering, but to cultivate a culture where people become fully alive in Christ and carry His love, freedom, and leadership into their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
Drew and Melissa are honored to lead Rise Up Culture Church alongside their boys, believing that the most powerful ministry they will ever build is the legacy of faith they live together as a family.
