Built to Lead is the second stage of the Rise Up Path. It is for those who have experienced healing and freedom and are ready to grow in spiritual maturity, confidence, and Christ centered leadership.
This stage is about leading from health and wholeness, not striving, performance, or insecurity. It is about learning how to live and lead the way Jesus did.
Here, we focus on:
Deepening intimacy with Jesus and learning to walk with Him daily
Leading yourself well with integrity, humility, and wisdom
Developing leadership that looks like Jesus, not the world
Embracing your identity as a leader because of whose you are
Built to Lead is where leadership becomes formed, not forced.
You are not a leader because of your personality, gifting, or platform.
You are a leader because you belong to Christ.
Through teaching, discipleship, leadership courses, and community, you will grow in confidence and clarity as you learn to lead from love, truth, and surrender.
This is not about titles or positions.
It is about becoming the kind of person others can trust and follow.
When you walk with Jesus, leadership flows naturally.
