We equip individuals and churches through leadership training, coaching, speaking, and development programs that strengthen both personal and professional growth. The Kingdom Calling Assessment and Kingdom Calling Course were created to awaken identity, clarify purpose, and activate the unique gifts God has placed inside every believer. We would love to partner with individuals, churches, Christian organizations including schools, and universities to help people rise into their God-given calling.
This powerful tool helps people discover their Sphere of Influence, Biblical DNA, 5-fold Personality, spiritual strengths, and leadership expression so they can step boldly into the assignments God has entrusted to them.

We offer a growing collection of books from Drew East and our Rise Up team, all created to strengthen identity, develop Christlike leadership, cultivate freedom, and activate calling. Each book is written to help people break free from what holds them back and rise into who God created them to be.
Coaching
Leadership begins with personal transformation. Our Leadership Coaching and Calling Coaching help individuals and teams gain clarity, strengthen mindset, and walk in alignment with their Kingdom purpose. Each session is prayerfully guided by the Holy Spirit and focuses on real growth, healthy rhythms, and lasting impact.
